-
Monday - light breakfast snacks, Asian Fusion Ramen Bar, snacks and beverages
-
Tuesday - full spread breakfast, Taco Tuesday Bar, snacks, beverages, appetizers and an open bar to end the day
What should I bring?
You shouldn't need to bring much of anything! We'll have you covered with a conference goodie bag, a notepad and a pen for notes, and sustenance. Throw a few business cards in your pocket, for good measure.
What should I wear?
There is no dress code! Past attendees have followed the business casual route, though, if that's helpful.
I'm not from the area. Where should I stay?
Check out the venue and accommodations page here.
Act fast - our hotel rate is available until October 7th!
Will materials be printed in advance?
No! In an effort to save trees, we will have materials available online, post-conference.
Should I bother staying for the reception after the Main Event (10/24)?
100%! Not only will delicious appetizers and libations be available, but we will also have live music and our Exhibitor Card Contest prize drawing. Second guessing the prize line-up? Don't you dare. Some of the items in the mix include an Apple Air Tag, an air fryer, a Keurig, and so much more!
Can I edit my agenda?
Yes! Please reach out for any schedule changes.
Finance is hounding me for a receipt.
Can you help?
Absolutely! Please reach out and we'll get you what you need.
I decided I am a recluse and I no longer want to come. Can I get a refund?
Boooooo!
Refunds will not be available past October 13th.
I'm with a business and i'd love to get involved; who should i talk to?
Please contact Ellen Kehl, Associate Director, at ekehl@yournpp.org. We love meeting new groups that can help advance our sector!
I have great content to share with your nonprofits.
How do I submit a speaker proposal?
Our 2024 Call for Speakers will launch at the end of October! Join our email list here so you don't miss the announcement.
How does the exhibitor card contest work?
It's so easy! Attendees will be provided with a card that lists all KeyCon exhibitors. Attendees who get their card marked by 10 or more exhibitors will be able to enter their card for the reception drawing. Note - attendees must be present to win!
Is their a virtual conference option?
Unfortunately, there is not. KeyCon 2023 is entirely in-person.
Do I have to be associated with a member organization to attend?
No way - everyone is welcome. The only difference is that NPP members are able to receive special discounted ticket pricing!
