Early Bird pricing is available through August 31. Regular pricing runs from September 1 through September 30. Late pricing begins October 1 and is available through October 14, 2025. Registration closes at 11:59 PM on October 14.

Refunds will not be issued after October 1.

If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another member of your nonprofit before October 14. Please contact us to make any changes.

Who Can Join?
We offer two membership types, based on your organization’s location and annual operating budget (as reported on Part 1, Line 18 of your IRS Form 990):

Regional Access Membership applies to nonprofits within Erie or Crawford Counties, Pennsylvania, while National Access Membership is for all other nonprofits. ​

Memberships renew one year from your join date.

National Access members receive full virtual benefits. Some opportunities, such as Erie Gives Day eligibility, are limited to local members.
